Return & Refund Policy
If you want to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
You have 7 days for a return. If 7 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable!
Unless the item is damaged, we ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, still have all tags on and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bodysuits, lingerie and swimwear are exempt from being returned.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided from MiaStylez.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will issue store credit within 2-5 days.
We do our best with quality control but in case you receive an item that is damaged, please send pictures together with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will of course issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) back to the original form of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
